Leadership Immersion
This is the final course in the MBA focused on the student’s development of leadership competencies. A key principle of this course is for students to consider this learning as their own specially-designed leadership learning laboratory in which they are immersed. This course will use student’s project work from MGT 562 Healthcare Program Management as an opportunity for enhancing their own personal leadership skills. The course will interweave readings from the books Teaming and Crucial Conversations as guides to the specific leadership and team membership skills.
