Legislation and Regulation of Healthcare
This course reviews how governmental organizations influence healthcare delivery. Special emphasis is placed on current legislative and regulatory initiatives. The course provides examples of the evolution of new legislative initiatives, both at the federal and state level, in order to demonstrate the complexity and impact of regulatory oversight on healthcare delivery.
