Leadership Development and Assessment
Leadership Development and Assessment is the first course in a series on the development of relational leadership skills. Students will be involved in various activities to assess and develop their leadership strengths, presence, and integrity. This will be accomplished through a variety of assessments and activities. Students must participate in the self-assessment exercises. In addition, students will learn about coaching others concerning their leadership goals and will practice the skills through in-class exercises as well as peer coaching assignments.
