Organizational Management in Healthcare
This course focuses on developing a student’s ability to understand and influence human behavior in healthcare organizations. Students will learn to manage themselves, manage one-on-one relationships at work, manage their career, and manage individuals and teams, all using ethical approaches to building coalitions and influencing others.
